Welcome patients of the Nail Doctor! Before booking please be sure to read all policies, and guidelines.

• ** NEW CLIENTS** We do NOT fill in over other technician's work. This is for quality assurance, so that I am able to guarantee the health of your nails prior to your service. Please come with bare nails or schedule a soak off.
   

• You will be charged a $25 non-refundable deposit that goes toward your service. Deposits are transferable up to one week. After such time period, you will be required to pay a new deposit before re-booking.
   

• Appointments valued under $50, must be paid in full at the time of booking.
   

• Clients who request an appointment outside of our set availability, will be charged a $30 fee in addition to their requested service.
   

• ALL appointments must be cancelled 24 hrs hours in advance.
   

• If you cancel outside of the cancellation period or fail to show up for ANY reason you will be responsible for the FULL payment of services scheduled.
   

• Failure to pay remaining balances on time will result in a $20 late payment fee.
   

• We allow a 5 minute grace period, anytime beyond that, up until 10 minutes, you will be charged a $20 late/rescheduling fee. After 10 minutes the appointment will be canceled.
   

• No extra guests are allowed unless being serviced.
   

• We understand that broken nails can occur, nail breakage within 1-3 days of your appointment will be free of charge, anytime beyond that will be a $5 fee/per nail.
   

• Please be sure to schedule for all services required, we may not be able to allow extra time for services not included in the initial booking.
   

• Do not bring outside food or drinks into the salon.
   

• In order to create a relaxing and peaceful environment, we ask that your cell phones are placed in the silent position. As a courtesy to other guests, if you need to hold a phone conversation, please step outside of the salon to do so.
   

• Children are not permitted in the salon under any circumstance.
   

• We do not provide any services for children under the age of 15 years old.
